Visia Real Estate Agency operates in Istria and is part of Quimedia d.o.o. It was formally established in early May 2021, but its foundations and the idea were built years before that. The agency owner and its employees have been in contact with these business activities for more than 20 years through various construction projects and their realization. Land purchase, design, building, landscaping and selling apartments and houses, main activities of a real estate agency, is just a logical continuation of the aforementioned work that we have performed to the satisfaction of our customers.
In the course of these twenty years, we have come to the realization that this segment of the service does not include only buying and selling real estate, but also a number of services that need to be offered and provided so that both a buyer and a seller are satisfied with the contract.
